Video Creator

Artec Industries is looking for a full time, Salt Lake City based Video Creator! Artec is a world leader in product manufacturing for aftermarket off-road components that allow our customers to take their Jeep or 4x4 to exciting locations and through the most difficult of obstacles. We are looking for an eager, enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated individual who is ready to prove themselves and document our awesome products and develop high quality digital media content. The Video Creator will be an important part of the media team and needs to be able to handle the following aspects of digital content creation: filming product highlight and installation videos and editing them quickly and efficiently. 

This is a full-time, in-house position...No Freelance.

Responsibilities

• Video Production. Film and edit various product videos: Highlight, Installation, short form, etc.
• Product photography. Specifically update website images of products.
• Able to understand the difference between projects that are quick and time sensitive, and projects that are highly polished and complete both effectively.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of Media Production experience. We want someone hungry to prove themselves
• Must be able to provide examples of previous projects/designs. 
• High Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom).
• Proficient with lighting equipment, DSLR cameras, audio equipment and related tools
• Ability to think creatively and bring WILD AND CRAZY ideas to life (we like satire).
• Cool under pressure and willing to compromise.
• Strong communication skills.
• Keep track of current and upcoming projects and communicate to supervisors.
• Willing to put in long hours of video editing to get the job done.
• Willing to edit video captured over the years from other employees
• Needs to work on-site for MINIMUM 40 hours per week.
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at once
• Strong project organizational skills
• Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right
• Wants to be part of something bigger than themselves
• Works HARD but can also have FUN

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience creating content for offroad automotive industry
